Jason P. Gower Attorney
A lifelong resident of Bay County, Jason Gower is an experienced Bay City criminal defense attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan and the Federal Courts. His current law practice interests include trial work in state court and administrative matters throughout various agencies statewide.
He graduated with his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI, and soon thereafter sat and passed the Michigan Bar Exam on his first attempt.

Jared Shouey Attorney
Grand Rapids lawyer Jared Shouey was born in Saginaw, MI, and raised in the neighboring town of Midland. After finishing high school, Jared spent several years managing the operations of a small distribution company located in Midland.
He decided to enroll at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI, and graduated with a Juris Doctor cum laude. After graduating, Jared moved to Grand Rapids, MI to study for the bar exam and passed the Michigan Bar Exam on his first attempt.

Kimberly King Attorney
Bay City attorney Kimberly King was born in Saginaw, MI, and raised in the small town of Auburn. Kimberly graduated from Western High School, and then attended Delta College before finishing her undergraduate degree at Central Michigan University, majoring in Psychology and Sociology.
Kimberly knew from a very young age that she wanted to be an attorney and make an impact in someone’s life. She followed her dreams and enrolled at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI where she graduated with her Juris Doctor, cum laude.

Guy Cotter Attorney
Bay City attorney Guy M. Cotter was born and raised in East Tawas, Michigan. Guy graduated from Tawas Area High School, and then attended Florida Gulf Coast University before finishing his undergraduate degree at Hope College, majoring in Business Communication and Organizational Leadership. Guy also received an associate degree in Managerial Accounting from Davenport University in Grand Rapids before attending law school.
Guy is a fourth-generation attorney and enrolled at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Auburn Hills, Michigan where he graduated with his Juris Doctor, cum laude, while also passing the Michigan Bar Exam on his first attempt.

Benjamin Bragiel Attorney
Mr. Benjamin Bragiel is a lifelong resident of MI, growing up in Linwood. Benjamin attended and graduated from Central Michigan University, and while there he elected to study abroad in Italy for an academic year.
After undergraduate studies and several years working in the private sector he enrolled and graduated from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School - graduating with Cum Laude Honors. His studies included Estate Planning as well as an editor of Law Review.
